Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is an aromatic seed spice valued for its warm, citrusy flavor and high essential oil content. We source coriander grown across Bulgaria's Varna and Dobrich regions, where a continental climate and light soils produce seeds with a well-balanced aromatic profile favored by both the food and perfume industries.
We supply whole seeds for spice blends, marinades and baked goods, as well as mechanically split seeds that release their aroma faster — ideal for industrial processing and essential oil distillation.
